Performed a heating pm on a gas RTU and a gas water heater. Replaced (4) 16x16x2 air filters. Cleaned the flame sensors. Started and checked the safety’s. Drained water from the water heater. Systems are operating properly.

Performed an A/C PM on a RTU, and a gas hot water heater. Replaced the air filters and belt. Blew out the drain line, checked the electrical connections, pressures and temps. Drained 3 gallons of water out of the water heater. Cleaned the thermopile, cleaned the burner. Started and tested the operation. Systems are operating properly.
